Faith Brandon received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Master of Management degree with an emphasis in Human Resources (“HR”) from Oral Roberts University. She is currently a Training & Talent Development Executive at Ecolab, Inc. and has held various HR management roles during her 10-year tenure with the Company. Her previous experience includes HR professional and management roles with organizations such as Be the Match, Turning Point, Inc., and West Corporation. 

Faith’s experience includes leading successful teams charged with completing transformational projects such as organizational restructures, merger and acquisition integrations, and change management for various business divisions and non-profit organizations. Her communication style allows her to provide leadership to all levels of executive management and staff employees. Her overall strategy includes analyzing current and long-range needs that will optimize performance, facilitate growth, and streamline operations. 

For the last few years, Faith has been intentional in creating experiences for women of all ages to grow in their faith through small groups, virtual experiences, and annual conferences. She hopes to continue coaching, leading, developing, partnering, and imparting to those craving more in their faith. 

Faith considers herself a global citizen who has traveled the world, and she loves connecting with people of different cultures and diverse backgrounds. She currently resides in Minnesota as well. Her motto in life is “Obstacles are stepping stones.”
